Return & Refund Policy
At OOMDEH Herbal, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we follow a careful and transparent return and refund policy.
- Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
- You received a damagedproduct
- You received an incorrectproduct
- The product was missingfrom your order
- Return Request Process
To request a return or replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us at support@oomdeh.com
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos/videosof the product and packaging
Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
- Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- We will offer a replacementor refund, at our discretion
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business daysafter approval
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error occurred from our side
- Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
- Allergic Reactions & Sensitivity
As individual skin types vary:
- We recommend conducting a patch testbefore full use
- OOMDEH Herbal is not responsible for reactions due to individual sensitivities
This does not qualify for a return or refund.
- Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
Re-shipping charges may apply. Refunds may not be issued in such cases.
- Final Decision
All return and refund decisions made by OOMDEH Herbal are final and binding.
